Do a search for 1AD and you'll find a list of threads debating the item.
Also try digging around http://boards.elitefitness.com/forum/index.php ...they love steroids over there.

I've had great results with 1-AD. But here's a question: Are you stacking it with anything? If your using 1-AD by itself, start off with using 600mgs daily in 3 200mg dosages with your first bottle. This will be 10 days. After that, use 900mgs daily until your last week. On your last week to 10 days, use 600mgs and supplementing with a ZMA product or Syntrax's FUZU to help get your body's natural testosterone levels up and avi=oid that "crash" from coming off prohormones! Make sure you do a 6-8 week cycle!!! Anything less is a waste of time!! Many people who use prohormones do NOT use them long enough because their expensive!! You must use a prohormone product for 6-8 weeks to achieve the full benefits of the supplement!! I cannot stress this enough!!
Just a sample of my results from 1-AD:
45 lb increase in bench press.
60 lb increase in dead lift.
50 lb increase in squat.
25 lb increase in incline bench.

I did 1-ad eariler this year and it worked great. I only took four pills a day and went through two bottles and gained about 8 pounds with some nice strech marks on my upper arms, but hey never got any strech marks befor 1-ad and i have done other andro products in the past so IMO it works.

I've gone through all the threads and had most of my questions answered, but I still have a few more:
1. Do you need to take the pills every single day? or just on days you workout?
2. I'm 5'10, 175lbs around 7-9% bf, I'm going to be going into a bulking phase for a month before I take 1AD, hopefully I'll be at 185-190 when I start taking it. I don't want to get stretch marks from sudden growth. Is there any way to prevent it? Will I even grow that much?
3. Should I modify my workout at all while on a bulking 1-AD phase? I typically do Chest+Tri, Back+BI, Legs+shoulders, and abs twice a week. 8-14 sets per body part w/ 60second breaks between sets.
4. What is a ballpark caloric intake I should be at when I'm on 1AD and bulking? I will hopefully be 185lbs when I start (5'10) how many calories, how much protein, how much carbs?
If you take 600mg a day for 8 weeks then you've taken 33,600mg which is 5.5 bottles @ 39$ per bottle (shipped) comes to about 200$ for 5 bottles...
Then throw on the clomid for 25$
or if you can find Femera or Arimidex....

I've had great gains with 1-AD... here's some answers for you:
1. Take them every day, you grow when you're not lifting.
2. You might get them, but there's not much you can do. People will say use lotion every day, but its hard to say if that really works.
3. If you're seeing gains with your current routine, use it. If not, change it.
4. Eh.. someone will help you with this

4. Eat however much is over maintenance for you. I'd still aim to eat over maintenance.
