I heard from my "mom" that eating more than 2-3 eggs a day is bad for you. Is that true?

she probably means eating the egg yolks. If you just eat the egg whites then your ok. I eat 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg every morning

maybe cholesterol wise.. But i say its not.
it depends on the person and the contents of the rest of their diet.
but technically egg yolks are not "bad"...

depending on your height, weight, and bodyfat % eat 1-2 whole eggs and several egg whites. Egg yolks are good in small quantities. They have a lot of cholestrol which is good for producing testosterone and its a good fat source (i'm pretty sure it is) and the majority of protein is found in the yolk. Of course you could use 1 whole egg and then use something like egg beaters which is pretty much liquid protein.

a little over over half the protein is found in the yolk to be exact, im pretty sure its just a tad over half.
50% of the protein is in the yolk...

3grams of prot. in white, 3-4 grams of prot. in yolk. I just drink a protein shake with my 6 eggs in the morning. (I also workout mornings) Anyway, egg yolk aren't "bad" for you. They can cause problems, but you would have to be unfit and have circulatory problems.

Eggs are fine, unless you have cholesterol problem.
Eat the whole egg.
