This is the best I could do with my cheap camera. Ive added some size in the last couple of months thanks to some great advice from Chris Mason.
I will put up some better ones later.

however what you're bench isn't.. how come?

By looking at your arms/chest I'd say you're capable of 290-300 easy..

don't get me wrong - you look very good.. just curious why your bench isn't bigger..

I haven't benched in a long time. I've been doing mainly dips and incline. I'd guess it's somewhere around 250 right now. I've never, I mean NEVER been a good bencher. I need to update my sig.

Beast arms though!!

15% bf is a good look too. Not Fat and not wickedly skinny like freako bodybuilders....no offence to the competitive bodybuilders on the board, but for day to day use i reckon 12-16% is a good look.

Maybe he doesn't care what his bench is. Particularly, I don't give a sh*t considering I'm not in any powerlifting competitions.

Well said heathj, and thanks for the kind words. I really don't concern myself too much with my bench. Whenever I get the typical "how much do you bench" question I usually say I don't know.

I simply meant that your body looks like it does 300 fairly easy..
