Thanks folks. I'm bulking until Feb. 2003. I'll post some more pictures then. Those will be my before cutting pictures. God I have so much to learn about this dieting stuff....especially as I get closer to competing.

I think that you look great but we are here to help and I think that your shoulders and arms overpower you chest. I think that your chest doesn't have to thickness to do justice to your arms and shoulders. I'm just trying to help you work on the weakest of you phenominal body parts.

Keep adding weight to the bar and to your body.

Thanks for the comments GG. You want get any arguments from me. No doubt my chest is and always has been behind my delts and arms in development. My chest is just now starting to really grow and is starting to catch up I think.

Anyway, here's a question for you, Yates, gino, belial or whoever. Should I back down some on the training of my delts and direct arm work until my back/chest catch them. Or is it better to just keep training as is and let them overshadow my chest if that is what happens. I'm basically meaning if you are to compete. How would that be judged and scored? Will it hurt one?

And yes, I'm definitely progressing in both my DB inclines and Flat DB benches. I don't use flat barbell.

I think that I would prioritize the muscles. Maybe on your chest day do some pre-exhaustion with Isolating Movements (ex. cable crossovers, flyes, Hammer strength, etc.) before doing compounds.

Reason I'm saying this is maybe your shoulders and triceps are doing to much of the work on your chest day. I would try that before taking shoulders out of your routine. If that doesn't work then come back to the drawing board.

Yes, it will hurt your scores."SYMMETRY" is what is most important. I can't stress that enough.

Your welcome:)

I have a TON more bf% than you do. I'm guessing that when I hit 190, I'll cut down to 170-175.....and should look ok...

Holy ****! You're a ******* beast! How much makeup does it take to cover up all that green?

I ******* love it! Awesome abs, great separation between abs and chest, and that is a ******* beautiful kitchen set! Oak? I love the hard woods. I was never a fan of glass tops, I always liked wood. Glass tops make me feel vulnerable, and you cant footsie the girlfriend when folks are there. Wood is strong, and sure. You cant fool wood, and if you drop a glass, only the glass breaks. Bad memories. Very bad. We used to have Christmas at my uncle's place, and he had a glass dinner table, this is down in Thousand Oaks? Yeah, well the ****** must have spent like 9 Gs on this damn table, and wrought iron frame and designer chairs and ****. Anyways, one thing led to another... Sometimes I still wake up screaming.

Thats a nice house. Where are you from?

BennettBoy

Thanks Budiak. I was never fond of glass tables either. I live outide Columbia, SC in a suburb called Irmo.

LOL, that is quite a hard thing to figure out for sure. The only thing I can guess is we just all have different body composition and genetics.
