After finishing Chris Masons' arm routine i've gained close to 3/4 inch on my arms which i'm very happy about. If you dont like your arms i suggest trying that routine. Anywayz i've heard good things about HST so i'm giving it a try. I'll be trying to incorporate Weight Gainer in my daily diet after workouts 1200 kcals just to see if this helps out. This is the routine i'm going to follow.

Legs: Squats, Leg Curl
Chest: BenchPress, Dips
Back: Pull-ups, BB Rows
Shoulders: Military Press, Shrugs
Biceps: Any kind of a curling action
Triceps: Skull Crushers
Stomach: Swiss Ball Crunches

Tuesday: (Rep Range : 15)
Squats..............2x85
Leg Curl............1x45
BenchPress.......2x65
Dips..................1x40x15
PullUps..............2x80x15
BB Rows............1x35
MilitaryPress......2x35
Shrugs..............1x60
Hammer Curls....2x15
SkullCrushers....2x20
Swiss Ball..........2x0x15
