As you recall I put on 12 lbs in the last 2 months
I went from 182 to 194lbs.
And you can sure see the difference even when clothed!

I get double takes and second looks from people I know and other people I ahve seen a while back in the gym :cool:

Yes I'm 100% lifetime natural.
I just blew up, I don't think I wanna gain much faster than I did, because you can definitely feel the difference after every workout!
No stretch marks though :D

It's always a good feeling to know you look like you workout when in plain clothes. Well done. I can tell a difference all throughout your upper body.
