This Here Is The Real Deal, So Pay Close Attention
This gonna be the start of my journal, I will not lie, no doctoring of my stats when I have a bad day. And I plan to write out my meals when I am changing it around at all
today I only did cardio, went running through the hills for a toltal of 12 miles,
-pre work out 500 calories
-post work out 1000 calories

In one of my exercise science classes today we did a body composition analysis......and to my disapointment I am not as tall as I thought.
-I stand @ 5'7" but the good thing is .....
-I weigh 192.6 pounds and have 9.6% body fat, that was calculated by hydrostatic weighing (damn that water was cold)
So I am very pleased with my build, the numbbers are finaly starting to work for me. I think my weight and height and b.f. % in kinda impressive.

LIfting for 9/9/02
Bent over olympic bar rows-
Olympic Bar shrugs-
Db Shrugs(dropped shoulders)
--kept my lifting short, and played ball for about an hour

It was a very productive day for me. Although I have cycled off a lot of my supp's I have retained almost all my strength.
Today was a Bi And Tri Day mixed with a lil cardio
straight bar curl-
3- 65x15 (last sets for bi's)
2- 60x12(super slows)
tricep push downs-
