i eat around 300-310 grams of protein a day and around 200-250 carbs a day and fat is usually around 25-35 grams is this sufficient breakdown for gaining weight or should i up something? i lift 3 days a week sunday tues thurs with other days off and i golf those days

it depends how heavy you are already.. To bulk you should add 500 more calories to your daily intake.

i guess your right its just im at college i weigh 141-149 diff days so inbetween ther is probly my avg weight i am able to get all my protein in a day and my carbs because the beer but the fat just comes with it.. so i cant measure my food or anything
I would eat more fat and carbs. you probably have more than enough protein you need.
