View Full Version : Please help with a bulking diet.

I've never really done anything special about my diet before but this time through I'm going to try to keep my diet as good as possible. I've never been on a bulking diet before so I have no idea how much I should be eating.

I'm 16, 165 lbs and 5'10" tall.

This is what I have thought of so far. Meal times are weird because of school.

Breakfast: (8:00)
3 scrambled eggs
2 slices of toast
protien and fruit shake

Meal 2: (11:30)
Turkey sandwich

Meal 3: (1:30)
Turkey sandwich
one other small snack

Meal 4: (3:30) Pre workout

Meal 5: (4:30) Post workout
fruit/protien shake

Meal 6: (6:30)
Whatever is for supper
usually pasta with chicken
sometimes rice with other meat
always vegetables

Meal 7: (9:00)
Fried egg sandwich
Glass of milk.

I personally dont think this is enough. I'm having trouble thinking of stuff to add to my school meals, meals 2 and 3. I can easily add stuff to all others. I would really like suggestions as to what is good to eat. I know I'm susposed to eat a lot but I can never find enough to eat.

How many cals and what is the macro breakdown?

I have no idea. I dont know where to find out how much everything has.
