i go to school 20 mins from where i live and 3 days a week i drive back and lift... im eating enough protein but ive lost 4 lbs do you think ill need more calories now that im at school and im wakling to classes and what not and taht could be why if so how many calories do you think i should up 100 200?

Up your calories gradually in increments of 300.
