are they any good nutrition wise?

at least they taste good. no protein, but how about vitamins/minarals/fiber?

Galileo failed to mention, that much like the mushrooms, Demi Moore's boobs have virtually no nutritional value as well.

nothing special about mushrooms really. not brillant, not use less.
if you like them eat them. but there other other foods that are more important for your diet.

they are a fungus, and provide fiber but not much in the way of any sustantial nutrition

as body said they are an accessory to the diet
