Right I have been posting on the training board and they have told me first to loose wait and then tone.

So I have fatty 'man breasts' and a bit of a stomach so what should I do?

People have been saying eat 6 meals a dayand plenty of proteins...but as im at skool it is hard to eat that many times...

could someone suggest a dietry plan ie what I should eat and when..ie if im at skool and if i was to do this 6 meals and how much should I be eating???

Thank You

Eat less cals, do lots of exercise.

12 x body weight = number of cals good enough to get you started on a cutting diet. 40 protein/40 carb/20 fat is a good ratio to start with. Eat every 2.5 - 3 hours or so.

At least 20% of your calories should be form good fats (EFA's). In order for your body to release fat for energy it must be getting a sufficient intake from the diet.

IMO...the top 3 sources for EFA's are hemp oil, flax oil (or seed) and pumpkin seed oil.
