uhh... dude, which supplements? I'd say yes, only because I can't think of a single contraindication (except I'd go easy on the ECA's if you're taking a cold medicine with pseudophedrine in it)

i just take whey multi vit and creatine but i wasnt sure if there was any negative effects so i wanted to ask

you eat protein everyday...multivitamins are good for you...your body makes creatine too...so I'd lean towards no.

the warning about ECA and decongestants, particularly pseudoephedrine, is worth noting tho.
