I have started doing cardio tuesdays and thursdays on my off days for lifting, but am curious as to what you feel is best in terms of eating after cardio.
Should the same approach be taken as with lifting? For most of us this means high carb and high protein as soon as possible after the workout, but I was wondering if this is good for cardio days as well, or if carbs should be cut back.
