it will be very expensive and boaring diet. as for health well i do not know the micronutrient profile for the supps so can not answer the question properly.
though he consume far more protein than he needs and not enough carbs or fat as i assume he is trying to gain weight as 3,400 cals is not really a cutting diet.

I see 8g normal dietary fiber. More than a lot of people nowadays. lol. 12g of 'normal' dietary fats. Other than that, supplement crap. I don't think he eats like that either.
