i usually mix 2 cups of skim-milk and 1 scoop of whey protien and drink before bedtime . could that be considered a legit MRP( total cals:~310, protien~41.5g,few carbs, 0 fat)?? or do i need to add other nutrients at that time as well??

that will work.... or simply having 1 cup of skim milk and 1 scoop of whey will work its enough protein and its slow absorbing

what kind of whey are you using that has that much protein in one scoop?

well, the "41.5g" prot. is the total incl. the 2 cups milk. i'm using AST's whey isolate(23.5g/scoop).

Milk protein = casine = slow absorbing

Protein powder = whey = fast asorbing

So if you mix them together you will get something in between slow and fast absorption? Who the hell really cares, if you using this method as a meal replacement then it doesn't matter imo.

Works great I take 1cup of Milk and 2 scoops protien and 1 tbspn of seedflax oil, before bed. I don't wake up as hungry anymore.
