Okay, If I take 3 Whey Protein Shakes a day, is that good enough?

What if I add one more or if I add a Meal Replacement Shake (the one I take contains ZMA and whey protein), which is better?

And can someone please explain to me what ZMA is???

As foolish as I am, I don't even know what I'm putting in my system!:eek:

It could be AS!!!!....Hey, maybe that explains the growth!:D

MRP is better in this situation.

ZMA = overhyped vitamin/mineral supplement.

Justin, who was the fool in the chat who thought that particular combination of vitamins and minerals was giving him acne? :):rolleyes:

By the way pr3, MRP's have a carb source that is usually very simple, therefore, with this in mind i would say if you had to, a protein shake with oatmeal would be better; maybe with a bit flax or PB for fat.

Three shakes a day is a bit OTT if you ask me. Real food = acer and more filling. Shakes aren't very calorie dense so they aren't the best choice.

How about a meal replacement serloin?:) Muwhahahahahahah...~ahem~

Haha, that was Goin_Big in that chat.

His ZMA gave him acne and gyno, haha.

I agree that whole food would be better, but MRP vs whey...I go with the MRP.

PR3- Get some beef. Make some burgers, steaks, whatever. Just start eating more calories. Less shakes.

along the lines of what latman said, it's a matter of convenience.

Real food > whey protein > MRP

To answer your question as posed, I would say Whey protein is better because it's better to get your carbs from veggies which are packed with vitamins, fibre, and phytochemicals.
