Yesterday i went and watched my first bb show, at harrogate it was a qualifier for the EFBB finals with guest spot Ernie Taylor.
It was an amazing day first off i talked with Mike O'Hearn also known as Warrior from the Gladiators he had alot to tell me about gladiators and the bodybuilding world which i found very interesting.
the show was of a quite high standard although the majority of the audience did not take this viewpoint, some impressive physiques were on show i must admit.
the big moment came when E.T arrived i went to the flex stand and waited patiently and we ended up chatting for about 20 mins, i counldn't belieive i was sat next to him it was amazing, the size is just whaoh! i got some great tips on my training,
not so much on nutrition as he just bigged up Dorian Yate's Chemical nutrition. i didn't get round to asking him about roids i felt as though it was inapropriate as we seemed to have a quality chat.(maybe next time)
His guest spot was superb and being 8wo for the O it ought to have been, his routine was pretty fluid also, i cant see him winning but he'll get a good placing.
Just thought i would let you lot know how it went as i talked about it a few months back, later
