View Full Version : Need proper Diet. (newbie)

I'm finally gonna get off my lazy ass and workout. I only have a few problems. I do no eat well at all. I'm pretty skinny, and have no stamina at all. hehe.

I eat like twice a day, sometimes more, sometimes not even. I have a very inconsistent diet. Since I am going to work out, should I eat the regular 3 meals a day? Snacks in between?

Is there some sort of guide I could follow? I'm just very lost on this whole diet thing, I've never really watched or planned my diet.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

~6 meals a day. If you're bulking, figure out your maintenance caloric intake and eat above it...generally, you can multiply your body weight by 18, or even 20.

Eat clean and get at least 20% of your kcals from EFAs. Read the wannabebig.com articles on diet and nutrition that are stickied at the top of the forum for good info.
