I typically get about 30 grams of saturated fat, 32 grams polyunsaturated, 35 grams monounsaturated fats in my diet. 9%, 9%, 11%, respectively, of my total daily kcals.
Was just wondering if the saturated portion is ok where it is or if I should try and lower it further.

That's ok.
Be more weary of partially hydrogenated fats and trans fats than saturated fat.

.... what chicken daddy said is exactly right.
In fact your 9% cal souce from saturated fat is almost exactly ideal for health/growth.

Awesome, thanks guys. I'm pretty conscious about the hydrogenated and trans fats...most of my EFAs tend to come from flax, natty pb (w/o trans and hydrogenated), and veggies, beef...yada yada.
But thanks again, just what I was looking for =).
