depends on my mood.
i don't really do chicken. if i do it's usually chicken curry, or chicken tikka.
beef i've got a vast repertoire for tho. (not just indian food either *lol*)

hmm.....
beef it fepends on the cut - if it's hamburger, i might just use some indian spices and saute it with garlic and onion, and then add green peas to it. I might make a chili.
with steak i usually just saute it in a pan with a little butter and adobo seasoning ( i suppose you could use Lowry's - picked that one up from an ex)
stew beef, i'll either make stew with, or parboil it with spices in a pressure cooker, and then saute with olive oil and onions to make it kinda crispy.
and i will take stirfry strips and either make fajitas from scratch, or stir-fry with a bunch of chinese vegetables, in one of those store bought chinese seasoning mixes.
I grill my stuff outside on the gas grill or if it's raining inside on the George Foreman grill.

ahhhh, thats it!! I forgot I need a foreman grill. That will make my life alot easier

All I really do with beef is make hamburgers, throw'em in the refridgerator and take one when I want it. Today I added some garlic salt, parsley and black pepper to the meat, then grilled'em on the Foreman. Very good. Just a tad too much black pepper.

you indian? well i am, and I love chicken tikka, but dam I do gain like few's lb's after all is said and done, just love it.
