depends on my mood.

i don't really do chicken. if i do it's usually chicken curry, or chicken tikka.

beef i've got a vast repertoire for tho. (not just indian food either *lol*)

hmm.....

beef it fepends on the cut - if it's hamburger, i might just use some indian spices and saute it with garlic and onion, and then add green peas to it. I might make a chili.

with steak i usually just saute it in a pan with a little butter and adobo seasoning ( i suppose you could use Lowry's - picked that one up from an ex)

stew beef, i'll either make stew with, or parboil it with spices in a pressure cooker, and then saute with olive oil and onions to make it kinda crispy.

and i will take stirfry strips and either make fajitas from scratch, or stir-fry with a bunch of chinese vegetables, in one of those store bought chinese seasoning mixes.

I grill my stuff outside on the gas grill or if it's raining inside on the George Foreman grill.

All I really do with beef is make hamburgers, throw'em in the refridgerator and take one when I want it. Today I added some garlic salt, parsley and black pepper to the meat, then grilled'em on the Foreman. Very good. Just a tad too much black pepper.
