Tuna......number one source of whole food protein on my list baby. I go to store and walk outof there with like 30 cans of the stuff and they all look at me like I got a bunch of cats or something. By the way "Starkist" tuna taste like phucking shyt.

I buy them by the 10pak at costco (starkist albacore) , 50can's at a time, for around...less then 40$

I buy a 5lbs can of tuna from the price club, they are of the no frills brand.

I don't do my own shopping so i can't be picky which tuna i get. I just tell my mom to stock up on tuna....so she comes back with 50+ cans.

Here we have tuna in different stuff, there's like tuna in water, in oil, in gel etc...
But I really like tuna, I think it tastes good... not every type tho, the cans with tuna in water is the best...seriously! :D
