I'm going to a stricter diet for 4 months of 3700 calories (20 x bw) hoping to add some weight. Here is what I want to do. Now I need to figure out what this breakdown is, and I hate digging for this info. So, this might need tweaking. Anybody good at this feel free to step right in and help:D I'm shooting for a 40/40/20 breakdown. Feel free to comment on this and make better suggestions.
Meal 1
Optimum Nutrition MRP
1 cup oatmeal
10 grams flax seed oil
Meal 2
8 eggs (6 whites)
4 slices turkey meat
2 slices whole wheat bread
Meal 3
5 oz. grilled chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
4/5ths cup peas
Meal 4
1 can tuna
1 apple
2 slices whole wheat bread
5 grams Flax seed oil
Meal 5 (Post workout)
40 grams whey
35 grams malto
35 grams dextrose
1 banana
Meal 6
8 oz. steak
1 baked potato
1 cup peas
Meal 7
Optimum MRP
8 oz. skim milk
2 TBSP natty PB
1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
Now I just need to figure up all my calories to see where this lands:eek: This is something I think I could stick with and not get so tired of daily. I do not plan to use any more creatine. I will use glutamine later when I start cutting. Supplements for now will be only protein, multis, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and flax seed oil.
