yay OR nay??

Oscar Meyer's Fat Free dogs(made w/ turkey/beef):

each one contains: 40 cals, o fat, 0 sat fat, 15 mg cholest, 3g crbs, 1 sugar, and 6 protein.

i don't see "partially hydrogenated" in the ingrediants.

thought i'd throw these into my daily/weekly protein intake.

what are your thoughts??

Besides Sodium nitrates and filled with the garbage parts of the animal there's nothing wrong with em....a little high in plain old sodium too.

I'd suggest getting protein from cleaner foods then that stuff...but thats just IMHO.

are cow-snouts and entrails considered decent protein sources?

yeah i know it's filled w/ "leftover parts" and high in sodium(490 g ea.).

it's like.....i wanna eat eggs(for the protein/unsat. fats) daily, but DAMN they ea. have about 200+ mg cholest! a few eggs daily would really add up.

dietary cholesterol ahs no bearing on blood cholesterol.

your body will upregulate or down regulate production of cholesterol depending on how much it gets from diet. (in most people.)

they sure are. If you wanna eat for taste ... try pizza, cheesecake and some icecream.

If you want to eat to build a great body and muscles .... eat steak, eggs and oats.

Oh please, maybe when you look like you workout people would take your "advice" more seriously...

On a side note, i think Tina is closest to the ingredients of hot dogs.

I also imagine the following are also present:

Apple cores
Old newspapers
A tramp's half-chewed boot
A shopping trolley recovered from a local river
The tramp
Jimmy Hoffa

And so on and so fourth.

Can i get any guesses on the nutritional values for said items?

Is the boot made of leather, or some other material?

Not leather, nitrotech bars.

Well then, I feel that this would be a very well balanced meal. You would get a perfect protein source using a muscletech product engineered for increased protein synthesis of about 843%, coupled with a specialized blend of slow release protein from the tramp and jimmy hoffa. A small amount of carbs from fructose from the apple core for liver glycogen replenishment. The shopping trolley would be an excellent source of trace minerals and iron, while the newspaper would provide greater than RDA levels of fibre for the day. :)
