Well, I'm 19 and have never really done any bodybuilding or anything but I'm gonna start, tired of being a stick, but anyway.....

I was wondering if any of you can give me some tips on dieting... Like whats good to eat, what I should avoid, etc. I'm currently 5'10" and weigh about 145lbs.... *cough* a stick *cough*... most of my body fat seems to go to my gut.. I'm like a little buddha with my belly.... but enough rambling.. Any help would be appreciated thanks...

Oh yeah.. btw.. Prolly gonna start the Wannabebig routine once I get a gym membership(all I got at home is some home gym my mommy bought)...
