View Full Version : Burning fat. What do YOU do?

I was just wondering how you guys shed that extra fat when you are cutting up or just trying to fit into those size 32 jeans again.
Eating the proper diet is a given of course, but I want to know what people do to actually burn off the fat. I always assumed that upping your cardio is the way to go, but I've also heard of some different fat burning techniques. Care to share?

diet clean, do cardio. But, some people like to take supps to "supplement" their weight loss, stuff like ECA or ephedrine or some sort of "fat burner"

Burn more calories then I consume usually works

eat often but smaller portions

go take a morning walk/jog/light run/sprints

stay active

Eat at a caloric deficit. Re-feed as i see fit. Use resistant training to conserve muscle, and a little bit of HIIT (by little bit i mean 10min 3x/week).
