I keep getting 'connection refused' messages for the board, hulk, help, pretty please.

Its the server. Dunno why...

I think it might be there are too many sql connections on the server.. Remember its a pita being on a normal hosting account there are often many other sites on the same server..

I am prob moving the forums this weekend so it should happen no longer :)
