i always start to notice this when i start to get really lean but, it seemd as though my body rids fat in stages according to the bodypart; let me explain:

the first week, my mid section was cutting very well, the after my first carbs up, my midsection plateaud, and i started getting fasial cuts; again after carb up, i started to get forearms/quad/delt cuts; and right now im seeing great improvement on my back definition.

it seems as though that i cut in different stages of bodypart, and its not all in my head either, judging by my progress pics it is undoubtably clear.

im guessing this is just genetics, i dont understand it. im wondering if anyone had a logical explanation, or experienced the same thing when dieting down.

Don't know if this helps or validates or what...but Fat is like the Marines...

First in, Last Out...

meaning depending on how you are genetically pre-dsiposed to store fat, you will lost from different places at different rates.

Usually the first place you gain weight is the last place it will come off from.

i always thought your body burns fat evenly throughout the body.

I don't know....I'm just talking from experience...

then again, i'm also female, so fat storage and loss is different for me.
