i always start to notice this when i start to get really lean but, it seemd as though my body rids fat in stages according to the bodypart; let me explain:
the first week, my mid section was cutting very well, the after my first carbs up, my midsection plateaud, and i started getting fasial cuts; again after carb up, i started to get forearms/quad/delt cuts; and right now im seeing great improvement on my back definition.
it seems as though that i cut in different stages of bodypart, and its not all in my head either, judging by my progress pics it is undoubtably clear.
im guessing this is just genetics, i dont understand it. im wondering if anyone had a logical explanation, or experienced the same thing when dieting down.
