What are other good sources of complex carbs besides:
Sweet Potatoes
Brown Rice
Oatmeal

They are, in my opinion, the best carb sources.
I base my primarily carb-oreinted diets around those three food sources. Brown bread also, but mainly for conveinience.
I may switch some carbs for pasta or spagettii every so often because i like them.
But for carb loads or refeeds, pastas, breads and other carbs are perfectly fine.

thanks for the response
yeah the reason i ask is because i am getting tired of eating the same stuff every day--which i'm sure is an issue for a lot of us.

FiberOne is a decent carb, methinks. No sugar and high fiber.
A big-ass salad is another of my favorites. By big-ass I mean as large as someone's ass who has a big ass. I am sure you know someone with a big ass. Get that person and tell them "Hey, you have the perfect ass to model my salad after." Of course you can also wow them with a comment on how you like your salad to be tossed. Then you look at the ass, maybe take a picture, and create a salad full of greens that is proportional to the size of the ass.
I hate sweet potatoes *spit*
