Dry skin

Any way to combat dry skin? Its happening if a very odd place, never happened before actually. The skin at the base of my penis is drying up and flaking off. Its itchy as hell, wondering how to combat it I do get dry skin once the winter comes, but only on my face, first time its happened down there. Should I use moisturizer.. use a less harsh soap.. any kind of vit I could take?:confused:

Try 10-15 fish oil caps a day. That's the only thing that helps my dry skin.

I'm drinking liquid (ice t, the tap water is horrid tasting) when ever I'm home. Which isnt much. From 9-4 I'm at university, drink about 1L, then all night I drink perhaps another 2-3L. I dont think thats enough.

Drinking fluids isn't going to do anything for dry skin. In general, skin is dry when there's not enough oil on the surface.

BTW, you must pee like a race horse if you drink 3-4 liters of iced tea a day. That's a pretty good volume of liquid to begin with (considering how much water you ingest with the food you eat), plus think of how much caffeine you're taking in.

I use udo's choice.2tbls a day.no probs with dry skin.
could it be eczma?

I've noticed that when I take in caffiene from coffee or an ECA stack that my skin dries out more. Maybe all that ice tea you drink is the problem.
