hi all just wanted to share my results so far :):):)

9/5/02
422 lbs
52% body fat
219 lbs of fat mass
203 LBM

9/26/02
403 lbs
46.8% body fat
188.6 lbs of fat mass
214.4 LBM

:) :) :)

my diet is atkins. but on saturday i either have 1 cheat meal or 2pm till i go to bed high carbs,low fat(normally just 2 meals). my training is just 2 days per week upperbody/lowerbody and i walk twice per week for around 30-60 mins.

thats it :):):)

ps. i havent been under 400lbs in 2+ years. so this means alot to me.

here everyone :) another update

390 :)
46.1% body fat (hmm i thought it would be lower :( )
179.79 lbs of fat
210.21 LBM

so over all i lost about 39.21 lbs of fat and gained 7lbs of muscle total. :) in almost 7 weeks :) im very happy with the results im gettn. :)

i dont take my diabetic pills no more (glucovance) , havent since i started.

thanks guys :):):) ill be asking a question in diet board that im having a prob wit but other then that im doing real good :)
