hi all just wanted to share my results so far :):):)
9/5/02
422 lbs
52% body fat
219 lbs of fat mass
203 LBM

403 lbs
46.8% body fat
188.6 lbs of fat mass
214.4 LBM
:) :) :)
my diet is atkins. but on saturday i either have 1 cheat meal or 2pm till i go to bed high carbs,low fat(normally just 2 meals). my training is just 2 days per week upperbody/lowerbody and i walk twice per week for around 30-60 mins.
thats it :):):)
ps. i havent been under 400lbs in 2+ years. so this means alot to me.
