G'day guys

I was once told by a very musceled guy that breads etc were poision in any form ie they contained gluten which is not goor ie makes u fat??

Is anyone able to shed any light on this please.

If all you ate was bread & grains, and you ate them in abundance without any exercise, then indeed you *would* be overweight, just like the old Egyptian pharaohs. (Except for Ramses.....he was too busy f*cking).

Like the person a few posts up said.......macronutrients in *moderation*. And count your calories. NOW!!!

some people are intolerant to gluten.

Technically I do not think a intolerance as a poison anyway. But i am just nitpitcking there.

Though i am not one of them.

Search on gluten. Tryska had some info on gluten and its role in inflammatory bowel disease. Manveet is correct IMO, everything in moderation. If you have a problem tolerating gluten, then obviously it's best to avoid it.
