Hi guys

Im pretty lean all round but have a few inches to loose off my waits. I wann aknow best way of loosing inches without sacrificing my hard earned muscle(was 55kgs am now 69kgs)
Am in early 30's 172cms.

Decrease your daily calories by about 500 a day, but make sure to keep your protien and EFA's up. Shoot to lose about a 1-1.5 pounds per week. The addition of cardio into your training will help you in creating a caloric deficit. There are also some online journals that have documented WBB member's cutting diets.

best source of omega-3 is flax seeds. crush, grind, sprinkle on anything. good fat, good fiber, even some protein. yum.

omega-6 and omega-9 in canola and olive oil, can't remember which has which. eat both. yum.

It is a source, but not necessarily the "best".

IMO...if you want the omega 6's go with safflower oil...its rich in vit E as well.
