Hello,
Currently I am 180 llbs with 13% bf (used to be 260llbs - ? % bf) It took over 1.5 years to lose it.
But now I am in a dilema; I shrunk and looking to gain more muscle. My idea wt is 200llbs with under 10% Bf. What is the best way to achieve this. I hate counting calories but know that I get around 3500/day split between 5-6 meals. My ratios are 40-50 grams of carbs/30-50gram of protein/ 10g fat sometimes fat is less and a serving or two of veggies that I didn't include in the carbs count.
I workout 6 days a week 3 wts/ 2-3 cardio 1-2 off. I want to continue to shed the fat as I still have about 4% to lose but I want to pack on some muscle. I currently use Creatine/Glutamine/ECA Stack/Whey for supplementation and started a cycle Alpha lipoic Acid into the mix.
If any one has any suggestions on what should I change please advise.
