Does 800 calories a day seem right for a male, weighing in at 81kg, 171cm tall and on a cutting diet??

If you want the body of an ethiopian child I'd say yes that sounds great

LOL at Clark.
Right now I can't even imagine consuming less than 800 calories in a meal, never mind the whole day.
Do a search on cutting diets perfecto and you'll realize how far off you are from what you should be consuming.

What Clark said. If you don't mind being skinny as hell w/ some major muscle loss, go for it.

but my average caloric intake per day should be 1125.69, so if i wanna cutup i should probobly lower that to 800?

Could that be right??

ROFL, do you weigh 75 pounds or something? I wouldn't cut if you weight that much. You already are in the ethiopian range.

nah bro i wiegh 81kg, i thought i worked out my daily caloric intake to be 1125.69, what do you think is more appropriate?

how did you calculate that number ? at almost 180 lbs and being active you need at least 2750-3000 cals.

I know girls who are 5'2 and 100 lbs and don't exercise who eat more than that (1125 cals)...

worked it out like this, 66+ (6.22 x 178lbs) + (12.7 x 5.9) [thats my height aprox i dunno it well in inches, im 172cm] - (6.8 x 18 years old)

no way, you'd be hitting catabolic overload with that diet. If you were a skinny 8yr old girl then you'd need more than 1125 like LAM said if your trying to cut especially at your size i would say 2100/2200 ish as a minimum.

800 calories a day should be illegal.

here is a way to get a rough estimate of your cal needs
to gain 20 x bodyweight
to maintain 15 x bodyweight
to lose 12 x bodyweight this is a rough estimate and just an idea of where to start

dude, your height should be in inches, not feet!tuttut Change 5.9 in that equation to 69 and you should get 1927.06, which is probably bout right.

I would comment on that, but I don't want to be accused of inciting degeneration
