Then replace the PB with olive oil to get your dose of monounsaturated fat. Make sure to get your EFAs from fish and fish oil. Also eat some steak, eggs, and beef to get some saturated fat as well..

Other nuts are good too (Almonds, Cashews, Sunflower Nuts)

Na you maybe just alergic to peanuts, i have a friend that is just alergic to peanuts.

Try walnut oil, olive oil, udos oil, and all the others that were mentioned.

It all depends what your shooting for as far as fat grams go? If you need more, eat more. Eggs are cool, so are more oils.
