ok... i weigh aprox 145-150lbs.... i currently eat around 330-345 grams of protein which is excessive,im thinking of droping this and adding some carbs such as low fat granola bars ... harvest valley granola bars and special k cereal bars all have aprox 3-6 grams of fiber and around range from 90-200 calories would you think this is a good idea to add more carbs and drop the protein a lil ... just your opionions and what are some healthy high fiber snacks that i could add to my diet besides what i listed

Ya go with Oatmeal, or pastas. I Don't like those bars.

I will eat a little shredded wheat and fiber one. Just throw a little in a sandwich bag and it's ready to go. Kind of like high fiber chex mix.;)

whats wrong with those bars i didnt see any hydronated oils and the sugars are really low on the ingrediant list

Aren't the bars, such as Nutri grain bars, made up of simple carbs. I like the complex carbs much more.

sweet potatos (yams) are yummy, all i ate when i was cutting was oats, sweet potato, and green veggies as my carb sources

only problem is im at college and in my dorm room and i was gonna eat these bars as snacks and stuff cuz i dont have muchtime to eat at school and ive already lost like 3 lbs in first 9 weeks or something however lifts are still going up but i wanna reach 165 lbs
