I started back into bodybuilding about 6 weeks ago after an 8 year hiatus (sp?). I am using the same lifting, eating, sleep habits I had way back when. It was a regiment that worked well for me. My questions is, I am trying to lose a little bodyfat, ok maybe a little more than a little bodyfat along with gaining muscle. I work our 3 - 4 times a week, and mounatin bike and play racquetball 2 - 3 times a week. I am constantly hungry even though I eat every two to three hours. Is this a normal function of getting back into bodybuilding? I don't want to starve, but don't want to keep the fat on. Thanks for your help.
