View Full Version : 25 days to SHREDS
Well....we're going to see if I can do this. The contest is on the 26th in Ohio. It's a natural NPC tested event. I'm going to find out what my BF is tomorrow. I mainly want to do this show for more experience, but I also want to get to know how my body works a bit better.
Here are two pictures taken just now. Day 1. I'll take others on the 14th, then on the 24th or 25th to chart my progress. I'm really psyched for this, and looking to do well. I may not come in at tip-top condition, but I'm going to make sure I don't look like some jerkoff. I'd much rather come in flat and dry than smooth and looking like ****.

I did some abs, 3 sets I believe, nothing hardcore. I haven't trained them in a while. I just used the rotary torso for one set, then the Nautilus crunch for 2 sets. Each of the sets was for like 12 reps I believe.

But I don't believe I have much of a choice to make this show in time.
This other picture is from yesterday as well, my batteries died before I uploaded it. I put it next to a picture from the night before my last show. Hopefully I can achieve a condition comparable to the picture.

Here's a ham shot, the cuts in my glutes aren't real apparent due to the crappy lighting.

You know...I really don't know what my legs were like, I never really looked at them prior to a year and a half ago. They've always been strong though. I do recall them looking like string beans when I ran cross country, but at 5'9 and 115 pounds, I imagine that's all I was.

No, torso is looking like shiat. Can't tell if it's water or fat.
Here's a shot of my calve. They're looking inredible (for me obviously) I've never had calves worth a ****, I'm just excited I'm finally gain some shape. I've been making up with hardwork where I've lacked genetically. My face has been covered with tears my last 6 or 7 calve workouts, they hurt so bad my eyes just start watering.

I felt like **** today. Threw up after I worked out, too much caffeine, too little carbs.
I did quads...didn't keep track of much, infact I barely remember it, I squatted ATF, did a nautilus leg press and a paramount glute machine and that was it I think. No cardio today, I'll do some tomorrow.

Ahhh yes....fever has come down....hopefully all will be well soon.
Well. It's Wednesday morning. I feel better. My temperature is down, but now I'm in ridiculous pain with my neck and back, probably from restless sleep with my head to one side all night. My throat is feeling a little sore now though, I just really want to recuperate and resume training. Hopefully if I spray a bunch of echinacea down my throat throughout the day, I'll feel better.

Dammit that suck BCC. Hope you get better soon so you can get back on track. I was getting sick myself a few days ago and I upped my Vitamine C and water intake and it went away. Call your doctor and ask him for some of that cold codine syrup it always works for me, fast!

How bad are your neck and headaches? Is your neck really stiff? How high is the fever? Any rashes on your body? Maybe you have menningitus. I'd go see a doc if I were you. Although it's not a likely season for menningitus...
My head hurts everytime I move my eyes, and I can't move my neck from side to side and my throat is sore. The fevers been between 102 and 103. But no rashes on my body.

Legs are looking unreal, out of this world in fact!
How have you altered the way you work out to accomodate eating less, im currently trying to cut but my workouts seem crappy as my energy levels have dropped.
Well damn...I haven't worked out for a while so I don't know. I still eat 7 meals a day, so energy is never really a problem, I make sure I get my carbs before and after my workouts. Plus with the amount of thermogenics I take...energy's not much of an issue.
