Add eggs to your diet and lose one of the whey shakes. Your not eating alot of carbs at all. Dramaticly reducing carbs will cause muscle lost. No doubt. Make sure you have a good carb meal before lifting. Good luck.

I would suggest maybe not taking the 8-9 Hydroxcut pills per day! Start out your diet without fat burners, then say, half way through, add them in as a little extra kick. BTW, when during the day are you taking 8-9 pills? Do you ever sleep?

Who ever said that cutting carbs will cause Muscle Loss?? That's why when people cut they go on Keto Diets, CDK or TDK?

It sure isn't because the low carbs cause muscle loss.

If I where you and wanted to loose weight really fast I cut out as much carbs as I could including Milk, Potatoes, Carrots, etc... replace with Fat and Protein. I have no clue was 89kilo is in lbs but besure to get enouhg protein in your diet and fill the rest with fat, If you just want to do this for 50 days I'd do a CDK or TDK.... I got awesome results with this lost about 40lbs in 3 months.

Yes.

But where you get your source of protein is important. Powders are a supplement, ment to "supplement" your diet ... not replace it. Eggs are the best souce of protein by far. Whey has a higher BV, but it too fast acting to be used any other time but post workout and for the occasional time that you can;t have your regular meal.

You cut carbs quickly .... you will lose muscle mass. Simple as !!

and wow ... it must work .... you lost 40lbs of FAT in 4 months.

From a pure weight loss point of view .... I agree with a CKD type diet, but for maximum fat loss whist holding onto muscle ........ carb manipulation is the best way IMO. I don't know a single competative bodybuilder that uses a keto type diet and believe me .... there shredded.

Should only really get a small percentage of your protein from supplements. Whole food is better.

If you've been takin that much hydroxycut for two months I would seriously consider giving it a rest and focusing on your food. I used to be like you but from experience have learned that you don't need fat burners. Stop and think about what they are doing to your body, and re-evaluate if you want to be popping those like tic-tacs.

IMO its not worth it...

i work 6hrs a day, and it takes me 1hr to get to work, and another hour to get back home from work, so i cant really eat a meal while im in the car, so i take a shake up with me n drink it while im driving up..

is it really that bad that i get most of my protein from shakes, considering my cercumstances, i know it gets absorbed quicker than normal food, but i could just have it with milk yeah?

I would think that limiting yourself to one protien source would not be that detrimental to your training, but a variety of protien sources would be better because different protein sources have different benefits (different aminos, digestion rate, etc).
