View Full Version : WHat's the calculation?
I need help. For some reason I am having problems gaining muscle. I have forgotten the amount based on my weight size on how much fat, carbs, protein I need? Can someone give me that calculation?
I weigh 145lbs. Thank you.

cals people, cals make the difference.
18*bodyweight to start bulking and adjust as necessary.
so 145*18=2610cals/day
Pick whatever ratio's you feel like, just get those cals. And obviously don't do something stupid like CKD for a bulk, you'll be fine.

Means he agrees with you w/o having to type it out.
And 18x is just as good a place to start as 20x. Adjust as necessary. As long as you are eating excess cals and gaining.

oh ok, i figured he was either calling me stupid, or he was agreeing with me. Good thing i'm actually a logical person who thinks before he acts, my first impulse was to start flaming, lol.
