Please help me by adding anything you can think of for low-GI carb sources - here's what I got so far:

Brown Rice
Oatmeal
Granola
Whole Wheat Bread
Veggies
Fruit

quinoa, barley, pulses, quinoa actually has 20% protein but incomplete amino makeup, lentils are pretty good too, just taste horrible
