Okay, I have bulked for 5 weeks now, if anyone remembers I came here for help. I gained 15lbs (154lbs-168lbs) , now I have 5 weeks to cut I really hate to cut so soon with all the gains I have been making. But if anyone remembers I am doing that Body for life challange just for the hell of it, I been wanting to do it ever since I saw the first video about it. I figure after I cut I will get back on track with my bulking again. I'm goint to take picture today and I'm going to post if I can figure how in the hell to get them on here. ( If anyone can help me I'll appricate it). my new goal after this cut will be to get to 190lbs!!!:D
Well if anyone can give any suggestions on what to take to help me maintain my muscle during the cut phase, it'll help me out a lot?

I say, some winny mighthelp, and some....ahh equipose....

But, in reality I say go with high servings of glutamine 12-15 g/day

Enough sleep, proper rest, enough food, glutamine and creatine.
