is it really bad for u? for keto shake i was thinking 1 scoop of protein around 1/4-1/2 cup heavy cream thinned wit water and maybe 1 tbso flax oil...any thoughts?

also is it that important to have 6 meals a day on keto? i eat 3 but somedays ill eat 2... but like it depends on how big they are. do the same rules apply to keto diets on number of meals?

Cream is fine.

Try and eat more smaller meals, Cal. At least 4-5 a day.

skim milk has too many carbs? only 11 and its good casein protein ... doesnt cream have carbs as well as saturated fat?

1 tablespoon of proper whipping cream has like 0.5g carbs.

The carbs in milk or skimmed milk may cause cravings so it's not ideal for a keto.

Worry more about partially hydrogenated and trans-fatty acids than saturated fat.

Cream is fine for a keto diet. Milk is not. The carbs are all sugar which is definitely a no no for keto dieters.
