i finally hit 152 onthe scale...however im 6 foot and underweight in my book... the problem is i can see my abs when i flex but other than that i have a huge layer of flab covering them, id say im around 10% bf and this is discouraging... im trying to bulk but not overdo it... i eat around 2800 cals a day on a 40 protein 40 carbs 20 fat.. sometimse protein is higher and carbs is lower.. but any suggestions on wht i should do because i dont wanna lose weight but for being so lightweight i should at least have some abs

If you want abs, diet. If you want to bulk, bulk. I'd honestly bulk first if you feel you're underweight.

Underweight with a belly=you need to produce more testosterone through your training and diet.

training is the key, 150lbs at 6ft is pretty thin.

Work out and eat good. Good amount of EFAs in your diet.

I am in sort of the same boat as this dude, but I am gaining muscle, even though it is very slow in comming. 10 lbs of lean body mass in the last 4 months, but I still dont look muscular.




BTW, what are EFA foods

also i eat a lot of soynut peanut butter which is
170 cals = 2 T
10g protein
5g carbs (5g of fiber)
no cholesterol
and i have 2 T a day i probably eat 35 g of fat a day maybe 40 other days

EFA=Essential Fatty Acids

Why not just regular natural PB. Are there any advantages to soynut peanut butter?

yes there are lots of advantages to soynut.. including no cholesterol no sugars low sodium.. antioxidants and cancer preventing things plus tastse better and you dont have to keep in the fridge... and people who are allergic to peanuts dont have to worry
