Who here's in CKD rite now?? and how did u start and for how long??

I wasn't even going to mention it, until I reached the ketosis point - Because until then, there was a large chance I'd chow some carbs.

But at the moment, I'm on a CKD. Feeling pretty good too. Much better than in a carb restricted diet. My breath stinks like all hell, but...

I am preparing to enter again to cut some more bf. Not for another 6 or 7 days though. Right now i am eating good carbs like oats, beans, and whole wheat pasta in moderate amounts.
