death by chicken

i need help. i took out beef and chicken b. on sat afternoon and defrosted them in the microw. for a couple of min. i then placed them in the frigde and left them there till today. when i placed them in the fridge they were still a little frozen. B]is it safe to eat?[/B]

generally with chicken if it smells a bit wierd don't touch it..

well...that's definitely NOT proper food handling....but i would thaw it and smell it. if it smells dodgy it is.

It should be fine. In the future if you are going to do that, you should marinate the meat first.
