is steaming ur veg better than boiling? or is it just better to try and eat veg as raw as possible?
trying to get a better plan set up for myself.

I think i remember reading that you should try to eat vegetables as raw as possible, something about the nutrients 'leaking' out.
My opinion is, just eat those veggies, if you need to boil them to eat them, go ahead, stem them, fry them, just get them into your mouth.

Actually the best is to eat a combination of cooked and raw. Some chemicals in vegetables are only bioavailable when cooked for example.
Boiled vs steamed is probably the same thing.

I couldn't stomach raw vegetables.
