this me 7 weeks ago. my shoulders look slanted, but that's because of my back I broke it and it healed crooked. Yeah hurts sometimes.

this is what my back looked like before (7weeks ago). You can see how bad the curve on my back is. My broken back and that curve took me out for 1.5 years.

I'm 5'8" at about 165-167lbs I move up and down. 7 weeks ago I weight 155lbs.
Right now I'm going to lean up get my body fat way down. I have some calipers but I'm not if I'm using it right. according to it I'm at about 10-11%.
My next go after I lean up is to get my weight up to 190-200lbs.
What do you guys think? I would like some feed back.
I'm focusing on my chest I need to get it bigger. Also my legs They grew the most 2.5" but they still look pretty small, but because of my back I'm pretty limited( no heavy squats) from anything resting on and compressing my back.

in 7 weeks i think you've made the same progress that some people do while taking steroids, so you got a lot to be proud of.
p.s. - you look sort of familiar, where in So Cal are you?
Nice improvement for 7 weeks. Your chest looks like it filled out a bit, as well as your lats.

I've always had big biceps it run in the family. I've never really worked out my traps untill lately.
I have about a month to cut and get really lean. I've been working hard my legs, chest and triceps( My triceps are fine but you can never have too much tri.)
If you guys see any way I can improve let me know.

I broke my back twice. once in high school playing football, the second lifting weights.
