I was gana gointo CKD but screw that..
Here's my summer vacation diet..
Since i'll have lots of free time and such, i'll spend more time on cooking better food..

Pre-Cardio 6:00
5g Glutamine
1g Vitamin C
ECA

Meal1 6:45
1/2 cup oatmeal
5egg whites
1whole egg

Meal2 8:00
150g chicken breast
1/2 cup oatmeal
1tsp canola oil

Meal3 10:00
150g chicken breast
1/2 cup oatmeal
1tsp canola oil

Pre-training 12:00
1g Vitamin C
ECA

Meal 4 post-training 1:20
1/3 cup white rice
4scoops protein powder
10g creatine

Meal 5 post-training 2:00
Myoplex

Meal 6 4:00
8egg whites
1/2 cup oats

Meal 7 6:00
1can tuna
2tsp olive oil
Lettuce

Meal 8 8:30
150g chicken
Lettuce
2tsp oil

Sleep 9:30
1g Vitamin C
5g glutamine

uh yeah cardio = running around in football equipment or some dancin' with music.. lol dat's rite dancin!! for 20min

What are the totals for everything? You go to bed at 9:30? It must suck being a loner :p

9:30 will be on day i don't work or i dont do any stuff with my friends...

prolly on wednesday, or sunday..

if i need to stay longer, i'll add 150g chicken breast and 1/2 more cup oats..

i belive ratio is
pro/carb/fat
300g/150g/60g

The only thing I see wrong is the cardio before breakfast...just eat a bit before it, that's all.

But Cardio on an empty stomach is optiumal for fat burning isn't it?

Looks good but I'd add some vitamin packed veggies in place of rice or some of the oatmeal.

In the short term, yes. In the long term, no.

The negatives outweigh the positives, you'll burn slightly more fat directly, but you will burn a lot more muscle...which in the long run will mean more fat.

Eh.. i won't be able to do Cardio first thing in morning anywayz.. I'll be looking for food like a zombie... craving OATMEAL... haha..

I've gotta start Drills... but i'm too lazy... uh...

Other than that, it looks good??..
